By submitting this form I request Public Service Credit Union to open a share certificate on my account and to transfer the amount from the account I selected above.
*Share certificates of deposit pay on a 365 basis. $1000 minimum to open Share Certificates of deposit; Penalty for early withdrawal; All certificates can be IRA certificates. APY=Annual Percentage Yield. All rates are subject to change. Fees may reduce earnings. Dividends are computed daily and are posted at the end of the month with no compounding. Deposits federally insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) and an additional $250,000 by Excess Share Insurance (ESI).
