• To qualify you must be, and have been, current on all Revity FCU loans for the past 12 months and must be a member in good standing.
  • Skipped loans must be at least 12 months old.
  • We may contact you if additional information is required.
  • If your loans are paid through payroll or automatic draft, please check to be sure your regular payments have resumed. Your normal payroll deduction loan payment(s) for November will be deposited into your regular share account.
  • You cannot skip PrimeBuster HELOC, Mortgage Loans or Mastercard Payments.
  • Your request must be received by October 18, 2024, and is subject to Revity FCU approval.
  • A $20 processing fee will be charged for each loan skipped. This will be debited from your account upon approval of your application. If you do not have the funds available in your account, your application will not be approved.

I acknowledge by checking the box below that I am asking Revity Federal Credit Union to skip the November 2024 Loan Payment on my loans listed above. I understand that the loan payment(s) on these accounts listed above will be deferred and extended to the end of the remaining loan term. All other terms and provisions of the original loan agreement are unchanged and will remain in full force and effect. The regular payment schedule will resume December 2024. I also acknowledge that Revity Federal Credit Union will deduct a $20 processing fee per loan payment skipped once my request has been approved.
