I understand the Solidarity fee refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and that approval depends on the cause of fees and the Credit Union's available resources.
I understand that only fees that have already posted to my account are eligible to review. This request is for fee refunds, not future fee waivers.
I authorize a representative to contact me with additional questions, at your preferred contact method, if necessary.
