I understand that I can stop adding money to my Payroll Certificate at any time by contacting the credit union or by deleting my ACH distribution within online banking.
I understand that I cannot access the money I put into my Payroll Certificate until it matures and is automatically transferred into my regular savings account.

By submitting this form I request Public Service Credit Union to open a payroll certificate on my account and to set up automatic transfers from my direct deposit based on my selection above.
*Certificates pay on a 365 basis. APY=Annual Percentage Yield. Rates are subject to change. Dividends are computed daily and are posted at the end of the month with no compounding. Deposits federally insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) and an additional $250,000 by Excess Share Insurance (ESI)
