Honor Roll (As & Bs or equivalent): $15
Maximum 1 reward per semester
Maximum $30 payout per school year
Available for elementary/primary school, middle school, and high school only

I confirm that the report card or grade sheet submitted is accurate and unaltered. I understand that submitting edited or fraudulent documents may result in the revocation of any reward(s) issued. Rewards are deposited directly into the student's savings account. Students must have their own PSCU membership to qualify for Report Card Rewards. One (1) reward per semester, per member. Maximum reward of $30 per school year. Public Service Credit Union reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time.
