Eligibility and Rules

Must be a Penlanco FCU member (existing or new).
Must be planning to attend, or attending, an accredited education institution and be within the initial four years of post-secondary education.
All accredited institutions are permitted regardless of major or length of program.
Scholarship may not exceed the cost of education and will be paid directly to the institution.
