Address Change Verification & Identity Protection

If a new or replacement debit card is requested within 30 days of this address change, it must either be requested in person at a branch or, if requested online or by phone, picked up in person at the credit union. For your security, we will send a confirmation notice to both your previous and new address, giving you the opportunity to report any incorrect information.
