Quest FCU has a Hardship Assistance Program available to assist members affected by unexpected life events, including COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic. If you are experiencing a hardship, please complete the following application and attach documented proof of your hardship. A Quest FCU Representative will contact you to discuss all options available.
Requirements:
  • You present documented proof of hardship
  • You must be in good standing with Quest FCU
  • You must complete the Financial Hardship Application
Available options for assistance will be discussed upon completion of the items mentioned above. Interest only payments and/or payment deferral may be discussed as opportunities to assist during the hardship.
