Quest FCU has a Hardship Assistance Program available to assist members affected by unexpected life events, including COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic. If you are experiencing a hardship, please complete the following application and attach documented proof of your hardship. A Quest FCU Representative will contact you to discuss all options available.
You present documented proof of hardship
You must be in good standing with Quest FCU
You must complete the Financial Hardship Application
Available options for assistance will be discussed upon completion of the items mentioned above. Interest only payments and/or payment deferral may be discussed as opportunities to assist during the hardship.
